I think that's the Prince Albert Sapphire. If so, that is one one of he oldest brooches she owns.

Ooops, thank you for the correction! I somehow got confused. I didn't know that it was her oldest brooch, because I seem to remember that Queen Victoria had some jewels from her mother, that were passed down to the Queen. Wasn't there a brooch as part of the Kent amethysts? Or am I off track again?
