Camilla does shine on Dec. 4th. It's like that tiara was made for her.
Her jewels are highlighted perfectly by the lustre of her streamlined but gorgeous gown.

I am inclined to agree with you. These are similar , but not the same.
 
Plus, the shape and size of the pearl itself looks slightly different. I don't think they are Queen Victoria's pearl earrings either.

I don't particularly care for the Alhambra earrings or the necklace for that matter. On the other hand, the amethyst earrings are gorgeous.
 
The Duchess has been associated with The Royal Osteoporosis Society since it started as the National Osteoporosis Society in the late 80s /early 90s pre-dating her royal life. The charity received a very rare granting of the title "Royal" in 2018 so I would not be surprised if along the way Camilla has picked up/been presented with a brooch from them.

We don't knwow for sure.
Some times ago it was established that there were two POW feathers brooches : One made for Queen Alexandra and a copy made for Queen Mary. Apparently the first one is now worn by Camilla, and the second one was worn by Diana on a necklace.
(or maybe the contrary).

What was different? Her "everyday" pearl earrings are attached to a floral or designed base and the pearls hang about one link below. You can see a little of the base in most photographs but she still wears the same ones albeit to the Highland Games or a State Dinner.

If you zoom in on the photo from February 18 you can see that the diamond stud portion is different from Camilla’s usual everyday earrings.

Her everyday earrings have a round top portion and a smaller, creamier pearl:

I agree, the earrings worn to present the QE Design award are different from the everyday pair.
 
I am yet to be convinced. Size and colour are so variable with shots from different angles, different cameras and different light, all of which affect our perception of the colour and size. I would need a good shot of the different bases to identify any differences.

From what I can see, the top part of both earrings are quite different. But I agree, it would be good to see a better picture of the earrings for the QE2 Design Award engagement.
