Crown Princess Victoria Jewels 3: Jan 2016 - Jun 2023

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
It seems like a she is wearing the exactly same jewelry at the official dinner tonight. A bit boring in my opinion, given what she has in the vaults.

It's a great tiara for her, but I agree. The colour of tonights dress would have allowed for something more colourful.

It would have been fine to wear the Baden Fringe again, which I agree is lovely on her, but wearing the same necklace and earrings is a bit boring.

I think that the details in the dress demand simple jewellery, and the Baden Fringe Tiara and a diamond necklace are just that. A bigger necklace with this dress wouldn't look good at all. And I would never call those gorgeous earrings boring. And a plus from the brooch she got from Lilian, it is always lovely to see that.

The need for simple jewellery with that gown is a good explanation. But I still find it disappointing to the tiara and necklace repeated so soon.

Personally, I think she should not have worn a necklace at all with this dress. The dress is busy enough on its own, and then you have the added complication of the sash.

I've been trying to make a project about tiara events, and I chose crown princess Victoria to follow through the years and I've pinned down almost every tiara event she has attended (like Nobel galas, state visits etc) but there are 2 events I haven't been able to place...

This one where she's wearing the Baden Fringe and some kind of blue 1800th century dress, I guess for a costume gala or something? http://oi65.tinypic.com/161l5c2.jpg

And this one were she's a bit younger also wearing the Baden Fringe and a light blue dress with diamond ornaments on. I guess it's some kind of party, state visit or wedding since queen Silvia is there too. http://oi67.tinypic.com/117cw1g.jpg

Can someone please help me with what these occations were? :flowers:

Photo 1 is not from a costume gala. It's a "genuine" dress.
Photo 2 the third lady looks like Dorrit Moussaieff who was the First Lady of Iceland 2003-2016. I don't know anything about the event but maybe that'll give you a clue.
I think the Queen and Victoria are wearing Icelandic orders so they could be in Iceland. There was a State Visit to Iceland 7-9 September 2004.

Edit - I was right. It is Iceland 2004 https://goo.gl/images/A6MWfP

Thankyou so much! :flowers:

Victoria wore today, as almost always her Epoch watch, which she got as a gift from the royal court on her 30th birthday. The watch has 84 brilliant cut diamonds. The custom made watch has been named "Lady Chronograph Diamond H.K.H".

It seems that Victoria wore yesterday her Ebba Brahe Jewellery Black diamond hoop earrings.

Victoria has also a new Carl Edmond watch. She had it at her province hike on Wednesday, at the Sweden dinner yesterday and also today.

I didn't find the watch at Carl Edmond's website. But because Victoria and Daniel are friends with Peter Forsberg, a co-owner of Carl Edmond, she has perhaps got a watch which isn't on sale yet.
