Crown Princess Victoria Jewels 3: Jan 2016 - Jun 2023

If you have answers, please help by responding to the unanswered posts.
I think these were pictures released to mark the 10th wedding anniversary of V&D.

Yes that's I was also thinking too as I cannot recall another other events.

Oh, so they were not this year, that makes sense, thank you
The pictures were from this year, but there was no gala event attached to the photo shoot. Those portraits were specifically taken to commemorate the wedding anniversary.

Victoria is wearing her Nocturnal Creatures Tiara by Maria Nilsdotter published at the photos by QX Magazine, Victoria was voted "The Straight Person of the Year" by swedish QX Magazine. She has also her Love bracelet and earrings she has worn often. Photos taken by photographer Peter Knutson.

Bit misleading referring to it as a tiara, it's more a pair piece. But I know its what the jeweler refers to it as.

Here are some better photos for people who don't recognize it.

It is certainly an interesting hair piece and a work of art. I'm with you I wouldn't call it a tiara. I thought in the 1800's Royal ladies sometimes wore elaborate hair pieces.

Indeed, especially in Victorian times, hair jewelry was popular.

Often larger brooches were used in the hair. Queen Victoria's ears of wheat brooches are an example.

CP Victoria often wears jewels in her hair. This is the only piece I have ever seen referred to as a tiara though.

I think that that it would more correct for it to be called an Aigrette. So, Crown Princess Victoria's Nocturnal Creatures Aigrette.

To be honest it is a beautiful work of art but with the with the ermm, "creatures" inciting rampant arachnaphobia, I would be more content in the presence of one of Queen Margrethe's aigrettes, even the poppies.

The late Boris, who wrote also here and knew so much about the jewellery of the Swedish Royal Family, wrote to the Royal Jewels of the World Message Board:

"By the way, there was more jewelry among Victoria’s christening gifts which she apparently has never worn, for example a turquoise and oriental pearl necklace from Sigvard Bernadotte in the shape of daisies… as CP Margaret was the original ‘Daisy’, perhaps that necklace goes back to her as well."

Victoria arriving to the Astrid Lindgren Memorial Award ceremony, she honored Astrid Lindgren with her jewellery. In addition to the Pippi earrings from Maria Nilsdotter's "The Pippi Longstocking in You" collection, which we have seen previously, she had also the Horse Necklace from the same collection (Pippi had a horse which Pippi called Lilla Gubben):

Can anyone tell me what the multi-coloured circular brooch is and any history?

That is there Sustainable Development Goals brooch from the UN. Each pin has 17 different colors, one for each of the SDGs. The United Nations has committed to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by the year 2030.

Crown Princess Victoria was one of 17 Sustainable Development Goals Advocates from 2016-2018, and is now an Alumni.

She looks lovely, like the earrings and dress.

Victoria's jewellery today at the official welcome of the German state visit at Arlanda Airport. She is wearing a brooch which belonged to Grand Duchess Luise of Baden.

Thanks for pointing the bracelet, LadyFinn. I believe it is the back chain from the ruby tiara, which Edward VII and Queen Alexandra gave Margaret of Connaught.

If so, this is the first time a member of the royal family wears it as a bracelet.

The Louise of Baden's brooch went so well with the earrings and outfit today.
