First, I would most respectfully request that you avoid writing in caps.
There are four (4) communique's since August 26, 2007 and the exact inofrmation is as follows:
The first, dated Sunday, August 26, 2007, is in the form of an address by the former king (in the first person, in plural). At the end of the third paragraph, he says, "Επιπλέον, η οικογένειά μου και εγώ, θα καταβάλουμε το συμβολικό ποσό των €200,000, σε λογαριασμό που θα ανακοινωθεί από τους αρμόδιους κρατικούς φορείς." [Μoreover, my family and I shall contribure the symbolic amount of €200,000 to the account to be announced by the appropriate state agencies.] And he was referring to the account that the Government was planning to open in order for all, be it private citizens or organizations from all over Greece and the World to contribute.

The second, communique', dated Tuesday, August 28, 2007 is in the third person. In there, it is quoted in the fifth and last paragraph, "Όπως ανακοίνωσε στις 26 Αυγούστου, ο βασιλεύς Κωνσταντίνος προσφέρει €200,000 στο ταμείο υπέρ των παθώντων [sic]." [As he announced on August 26, king Constantine is offering €200,000 to the account for the affected].

In the third communique', dated Friday, August 31, 2007 it is announced that on that day, king Constantine and queen Anne-Marie visited the Zaharo area, the Makistos village and the Kaiafa lake.

The fourth communique', dated Tuesday, September 18, 2007 is a summary report on the three-year activity of the Queen Anne-Marie Foundation. In there, it is explicitly quoted that the Foundation focuses on four programs (and I quote):
1. "Ερευνα, σε πανελλαδικό επίπεδο" [Research at national level],
2. "Την ανάπτυξη συνεργασιών με εθελοντικές οργανώσεις" [Development
of collaboration with volunteer organizations],
3. "Την ενίσχυση εκπαιδευτικών προγραμμάτων" [Support for educational
programs],
4. "Την αρωγή των εθελοντικών αυτών σωματείων, με την δωρεά
εξοπλισμού. Η αγορά του εκάστοτε υλικού γίνεται από το Ίδρυμα Άννα-
Μαρία. Δεν δίνονται χρηματικά ποσά απ’ ευθείας στις οργανώσεις" [The
support of these volunteer organizations with donation of equipment.
The purchase of equipement is done by the Anne-Marie Foundation. No
funds shall be given directly to the organizations].

Therefore, as I quoted earlier, it appears that the king's pledge to donate funds is independent of the Foundation's activities, since the latter does not donate funds directly. And a final comment. Charitable organizations and foundations in Greece, are certainly allowed to also donate funds in the form of scholarships, grants etc.
What do you mean by "stefenos" or "stefanos"? There is no such word in English or Greek. Could you kindly explain?

I agree with Phillipe that ann-marie looks lovely.Constantine looks like he has aged a bit more but any Greek who would have to live away from greece for that long,under those circumstances and be at the receiving end of so much spite would age...some would lose their sanity as well...(at least,he hasn't).

I used to have the impression that she was busy raising her children while Constantine was working on various projects, but now that they're adults, I wonder why her priorities and work are.

This is a 48 minute documentary by TVF International (2004)
"CONSTANTINE. A KING'S STORY".
It was on TV also a few month ago.
The AlJazeera two-part video has noting to do with this.
King Constantine & Queen Anne Marie show the Tatoi Royal Palace and the Royal Cemetary for the first time. This documentary is an intimate portrait of the workings of a monarch in exile, his life in London, his interaction with other royal families and the role he will have now that he is comeing to Greece many times every year.

It´s the very first time I see them both at such an event. Maybe they were invited for some other reason to Paris by Benedikte or Alexandra (who seems to live in Paris with her family as far as I know) and decided to attend together with Pavlos and MC.
