How to post pictures

with the new softwere pooting pictures is a bit different

you can post pictures as

post as a direct image
[img]value[/img]
put the http code between the tags
or use and paste the http address to the picture

put the http code after =
then name the link bwtween ] [

How to create Photobucket thumbnails

• Click in the small box next to the image title (directly underneath the image);
• At the bottom of the page click on "Generate HTML and IMG code";

This will take you to a screen showing five boxes of codes.

• HIGHLIGHT then COPY the contents of the third box titled "IMG clickable thumbnails for message boards - recommended"

• Go back to your post and click where you want the image to appear, then PASTE.
• Click 'Preview Post' to see how it will appear. When you are happy with the alignment, click 'Submit Post'.

You have just created a thumbnail instead of a full-sized image.

I don't find the word " browser" but " procurar" that is the same thing in portuguese. Is a amaizing suprise. Thanks

I'm sorry if I am asking something that has already been asked, but am I to understand that under the new guidelines we no longer have to post all pictures in links but can post as attachment as well?

Yes, and now you can post at list 10 attachments at the same time. Is much better tend in count that some links stop work after a time ( like Polfoto) .

yes so if you want to post many photos from one event then use several attachment in the same post

I try post pics and i have a probleme. My pics are all jpeg. and all have 39,1 Kb so why the message is " pic inviled"? Can some help???????????????

Has anyone been able to use the "attachment" options with photos from GettyImages? Everytime I try it tells me that my file size is too big. If someone knows a way around this I would be very grateful.

Do you have anti-popup software running?? Or maybe the Google Toolbar?? If so, disable it and enable it again when you are finished editing your settings.

Can anyone tell me why when I post a picture, it shows up really big, and other's pics always seem to come up as a thumbnail? It's not a problem for me, but I don't want to be taking up extra bandwidth if that's the case.

Royal_sophietje, what's a pop-up ? Don't think I have an anti-popup, whatever it is, as for Google Toolbar, I'll check it out , I really don't know if I have it.
