It appears to be Helena Sommerlath marrying Jans Sohns if I am correct in my facial identifications. You can also see Simone Junge- Sommerlath- Kocsis in the floral dress with the blue jacket, Vivien is in the purple dress with side cutouts, Dr. med. Istvan Kocsis is behind Silvia.

According to Die Aktuelle, queen Silvia said to Helena and Jan that she wished that they will be as happy as Victoria and Daniel. Helena and Jan have visited Sweden together many times. Helena sent her congratulations to Victoria via the queen.

King Carl Gustaf delivered today The Öland Inhabitant of the Year Award and the Solliden Award to Dave Karlsson, researcher and manager at Station Linné in Öland's Skogsby. Queen Silvia attended too as always.
The station brings together scientists from all over the world who want to study the nature of Öland.
- I'm glad to hand the award over to you. Congratulations on fine research, said King Carl Gustaf and gave a diploma and glass art.
Dave Karlsson thanked for the award and thanked colleagues at Station Linné. He left the king with an hand net and jokingly called himself as royal purveyor. A newly discovered insect genus, which has so far only been found in New Zealand and Tasmania, was also named after the Bernadotte family to Bernadottia.
- We would like to honor the Bernadotte family by naming a new insect genus as Bernadottia. The best gift an insect researcher can give to someone. The newly discovered genus Bernadottia will symbolize internationalization and global nature values largely as well as reminding us that nobody can do anything, but everyone can do something.
The king was surprised and curious.
- How does the insect look like? It is very honorable. I hope to get more information about this insect. Is it kind to people? Yes, but then that's all right, he said jokingly.

H.M. King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia, as well as Finland's President Sauli Niinistö and Mrs Jenni Haukio attend the opening of the STHLM / SUOMI festival in Kungsträdgården, Stockholm, on Thursday, 24 August 2017.
The theme of Finland's 100-year-party STHLM / SUOMI on 24-26 August is "together". STHLM / SUOMI gets a magnificent setting when the royal couple from Sweden and the presidential couple from Finland, in accordance with the theme, together open the festival.
King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia have repeatedly told how close neighbour Finland is to their heart. President Niinistö has also visited Sweden several times during his term of office.

Slightly a bit off-topic, but the Crown Princess, Prince Daniel and Prince Carl Philip attend the lunch.

That's nice, when I looked at the calendar, the lunch wasn't there... Maybe we could have an own thread to these events.

Swedish Peder Fredricson with his horse All In (at the result lists H&M All In) won the Individual Final and is the European Champion and won 108.000 € as prize money. Queen Silvia delivered the medals. Fredricson must have felt quite a pressure to compete in his homeland. But he won, fantastic.

Ät the king's calendar was today a visit to Mörrum, there was a seminar. On Friday the court informed the organizers of the visit, that it was cancelled because of Te Deum.
But a few hours later came the next message. The king is able to squeeze Mörrum in his schedule.
So the king arrived on Monday afternoon to Mörrum and was given a quick briefing of the seminar about nature tourism. He will stay over night and on Tuesday he will look at Sveaskog's restoration project in Mörrumsån and then he goes fishing.

The king arrived at 16.30 to Mörrum.
