King Carl Gustaf's 63rd Birthday; April 30th, 2009
King Carl Gustaf is celebrating his 63rd birthday today.
Daniel wasn´t present at the official celebrations, nor was Carl Philip. The latter one is probably off to prepare for the start of the racing season. Daniel isn´t supposed to be part of official duties (I guess this isn´t completely strictly handled though) I can see the idea behind this move (loooong engagement time needs special PR moves), but as it seems many are upset and put it, as if the king doesn´t wanna have Daniel at his birthday celebrations. Madeleine´s doggy Zorro was also there  Madeleine och Zorro stal showen för pappa kungen! | svenskdam.se
