King Carl Gustaf is celebrating his 63rd birthday today.
Daniel wasn´t present at the official celebrations, nor was Carl Philip. The latter one is probably off to prepare for the start of the racing season.
Daniel isn´t supposed to be part of official duties (I guess this isn´t completely strictly handled though)
I can see the idea behind this move (loooong engagement time needs special PR moves), but as it seems many are upset and put it, as if the king doesn´t wanna have Daniel at his birthday celebrations.

It appears to have been an especially bright and sunny day with everyone in a good mood.
Prince Carl Philip was most likely in training camp for his first car race of the season for Porsche, which takes place today. Princess Lilian sadly remains in no condition to attend official functions.
