Business trip to the Federal Republic of Germany Berlin and Munich, from the 6 to the 7 of February of 2007

Day 6, His Majesty the King will attend in Berlin the closing of IV the Forum Hispanic-German, initiative who is in his fourth edition and that is celebrated in the Germanic capital during next days 5 and 6 of February.
One is a forum of distendido but rigorous debate in which high leaders and industralists of both countries will analyze excellent aspects of the political and economic present time.
Both Co-President of the Forum Hispanic-German is Gerd Schulte-Hillen and Bernardo M. Cremades, by German and Spanish part, respectively. The organization of the Forum runs in charge of the Würth Foundation and of the Foundation Rafael of the Pine.
Also he will visit the Cervantes Institute and later she will preside over a reception to representatives of the World of the German and Spanish Culture in Berlin.
Later he will go to the Spanish Embassy to attend a reception offered to the Spanish colectivity.

Day 7, Don Juan Carlos will visit the Center of EADS Military Air in the morning Systems and in the evening the prize “Deutscher Medienpreis 2006” will be given to him.

The King will realize a visit of work to Germany and will receive Prize Press

The King will travel tomorrow, on Monday, to Germany, for a visit of work of two days that he will develop in Berlin and in Múnich and later he will receive the Prize of the German Press 2006, in Baden-Baden, to the southwest of the country.

His first activity will be the closing of the VI Forum Hispanic - German - the Tuesday morning - together with the president of the German country, Horst Kohler, during a luncheon in Bellevue's palace at which there will be present representatives of the politics and of the empresariado.

Kohler will offer on the same night a luncheon deprived in Don Juan Carlos' honor, who before Cervantes will have visited the headquarters of the Institute in Berlin and will have received to a representation of the Spanish collectivity in the new headquarters of the embassy.

In the first hour of Wednesday he will move to Manching, near Múnich, to see the facilities of the EADS (European Aeronautic Defense and Space Company), where there is mounted the Typhoon EF-200 Eurofighter, the plane of agile European combat.

It will be got by the presidents of the land of Bavaria, Edmund Stoiber, and of the managerial meeting of EADS, Manfred Bischoff, who will accompany him in his tour for the facilities, in which he will see the line of assembly, one of the malingerers, the center of training and the historical hangar.

The King saw the European fighters in the air base of Moron de la Frontera(Seville), where the Spanish unit of the Eurofigther is, during a visit that he realized in April, 2005.

That afternoon finished time the visit of work, Don Juan Carlos will move to Baden-Baden where there will receive the German Media Prize 2006 (Prize of the German Press), for having turned into historical King of Spain.

The distinction submits for fifteen years, and between the awardwinners in previous editions they appear Bill Clinton, Kofi Annan, Boris Yeltsin and Nelson Mandela.
