King Juan Carlos I has returned to the port after his first day at sea.

King Juan Carlos leaves Sanxenxo confirming his desire to live in Spain again.

In his farewell he told the press that he would like to reside in Spain. “Of course,” said Don Juan Carlos from inside the car that was taking him to Vigo airport.

This was confirmed this Monday when, around 9:00 a.m., when leaving his friend Pedro Campos' home in Sanxenxo - where he was also staying on this occasion - to go to Vigo airport and take the private plane that will take you back to Abu Dhabi.

The emeritus king landed at 6:24 p.m. at Vigo airport on a private jet from Vitoria, where he has been on previous occasions for medical reasons, and will return to stay at the home of his friend Pedro Campos around one week.

King Juan Carlos I arrives in Sanxenxo from Geneva.

The King Emeritus plans to compete in the weekend regatta.

I wish for to things to happen before his health takes a turn for the worse: for him to do two public apologies, one for the queen and another for the nation that supported him until the Bostwana-gate.
But, as a traditional male Borbon, that won't happen. Had he done that he will be living with no worries and no pressure from the press like the video above.

Also, it doesn't help he named his boat el Bribon, which means in English the Scoundrel and in USA English slang the weasel. Poor choice for a name for our forever un-repentant Emeritus king but it shows the state of entitlement he is known for to us Spaniards at home or like me, overseas in the USA.
