What lively colours!

Benigno Aquino? Is he related to Corazon Aquino?

Yes, he is the son of the late Corazon Aquino, and his younger sister, Kris, is a famous actress and celebrity here in the Philippines.

Those pics of our President with the Queen are very amazing! I love those beautiful vegetable decorations!

It's been a long time since I last posted here. :) I wish I could go to UST when Queen Sofía visits the campus since it's near my workplace (so is Intramuros) but as I have no official business with them and the event will probably be exclusive to UST students, then I probably won't be able to go.

Here is the front page of the Philippine Daily Inquirer today, featuring Queen Sofía's dinner in Malacañang: July 04, 2012 | INQUIRER.net

And a photoset from the Facebook page of our country's Official Gazette: The Queen of Spain's visit to Malacañan Palace, July 3 | Facebook

Also, a small matter but for emphasis, our current president is Benigno S Aquino III (not just Benigno Aquino. Not to confuse him with his father Ninoy and grandfather Benigno Sr.).

This is pretty useless, but here's a funny anecdote: Queen Sofia will be visiting University of Santo Tomas which is located along, funnily enough, España Boulevard. There's also an Asturias street behind the campus. :D
