On October 5th, GD Henri visited the printing works of Phil@poste in Boulazac, France. POST Luxembourg commissioned from Phil@poste the printing of the series "National Honors Decorations", consisting of three stamps: the Order of Civil and Military Merit of Adolphe de Nassau, the Order of the Oak Crown and the Order of Merit of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. 150,000 copies were ordered.
