Hello!
What kind of museum is the Antwerp Plantin Moretus? A science one, historical one? In one of the pics they are showing the Queen something that looks like two spheres and it looks interesting. :)
Do they speak French or Dutch in Antwerp?
Thank you!

If I remember rightly, people speak Dutch in Antwerp, though they might, repeat might, have conducted the guided tour for the Queen in French as her Dutch - Flemmish - is not very good.
But there are people much more knowledgeable than me in this forum who will clear all your doubts. :)
Cheers! :)

I ever find that Paola is a very beautiful and classy woman. I remenber when I was young she was the most beautiful woman of the gotha and so alive....Now, that i like is this kind of true philosophy that she is expressing about the life. Something like the life will to be long and they are periods for all the things. What a good life !

It's a museum of printing history in Antwerp. If I recall it well, Plantin (or Plantijn in flemish) was the first Belgian printer in the 16th century (or the first printer of Belgium and Holland, I don't quite recall... which is very bad, because I had to to an exam on the history of Dutch language when I was in my first year here at university... so many knowledge wasted! Sigh...)

Well, you can visit it's website to learn more about it:

These pictures are absolutely wonderful! It's so great to see Queen Paola strolling around in such a relaxed manner, I do hope these will be available in larger sizes later on. Thank you for posting.
