Is this the same tiara which Princess Marie wore at her wedding, or am I mistaken?

No , it is not Marie's tiara she wore on her wedding day . But I never saw before the tiara the Queen wore for the Official Banquet of to-day.

I think that for once Margarthe nearly got it right with her choice of gown. However, I could really wish that she had only worn the pearl choker, and some other earrings. She wears far too many necklaces.
