A lovely picture of Queen Margrethe from the magazine Billed Bladet. She looks great in silver ... though her yellow teeth do stand out quite a bit. All those years of smoking, I guess. Oh well. Still a lovely queen.

3) Queen Margrethe in Great Britain last year when she received the Order of Bath.
4) The Queen during one of her Christmas speeches. I love the deep cranberry/burgundy colour the Queen is wearing. It looks spectacular on her.

Queen Margrethe II is always the most fashionable and stylish queen for me.She is always a spectacle because she dress extravagantly and elegant..I would suggest that she would try to dye her hair..Or whenever she has an event to attend she should arrange her hair and sees that nothing falls through. Her dresses are always good and whenever her dresses are simple she sees through it that it still looks good though.. She is really gorgeous. Even in her 60's her true beauty really comes out..

Judging by her smile it appears that Queen Margrethe might be an absolutely delightful woman. Does anyone know what her personality is like?

Ficciones, I agree with you that Queen Margrethe seems to be a delightful person. She seems to be very free-spirited and loaded with personality. It seems to me that she is the kind of person who knows her role/place in society but doesn't flaunt it or remind you constantly of it. She seems like the kind of person whom you could talk for hours with about art and design - and Queen Margrethe would be very well versed in those areas.
Wouldn't a conversation and afternoon tea with the Queen be a delightful way to spend the afternoon?!
