Tarik,
I loved your blog for many reasons. The main reasons being that you have done an excellent job of representing various aspects of royal life in Morocco for those of us who know very little about the culture. I loved, loved, loved the beautiful gowns worn by the Princesses (I am sorry I didn't see your blog before my wedding!), the tendeness between the King and his young son is touching, Lalla Salma is so highly educated and so beautiful, the role of Islam in Royal life is also evident. What an amazing country, culture and Royal Family! Thanks for the blog!

i saw her too and yes she was very lovely and so elegant in the caftan i like her so

Yes , she did ..every year she start this event , she's the president of the «l'Observatoire national des droits de l'enfant , de l'Association marocaine de soutien à l'UNICEF et du Parlement de l'enfant». ( sorry i don't know how to translate this ) ...

there are many photos of the princess in Gettyimages, she was sober at this event, simple black suit and very little make-up, I think also that, is spite of, the marks of the age, that begin to appear on her face, she is very beautiful, I like her elegant features, the oval of her face, and she has very pretty dark eyes

I agree with you, she is very well dressed, and she has so much elegance that all what she wears, suits her, I like also her very discrete make-up
Does someone remarked the sadness of her eyes?
I wonder if she is happy in her life, she is divorced since many years, and it's a pity that an amazing lady like her didn't marry again
In all case, I found that she is a very good representative of the Moroccan woman, and in the MRF she is my favourite princess for his beauty, her natural elegance and her very good taste

PS: does anyone know how tall she is?

Paris, Apr. 3 - Princess Lalla Meryem, chairwoman of the Observatoire national des Droits de l'Enfant (ONDE), Goodwill ambassador in UNESCO, announced, here Tuesday, that infant mortality in Morocco has dropped by half, moving from 8% in 1995 to 4% in 2006, and life expectancy jumped from 67 to 71 years.

I like the dress of lalla meryem it's the first time that I didn't see her in caftan in that kind of even and even if I prefer the caftan,I think that she looks sweet in that dress.

I like lot what wear lalla salma, she has a very good taste, and as say sabiha, she has so much elegance that all what she wears suit her
about her tall, I think that she is quite small, in more she is 1.60m
