Lincoln prepares to host Moroccan Market of Handicrafts
Her Highness Princess Lalla Joumala, Ambassador of His Majesty The King of Morocco to the Court of St James in London, is coming to open Lincolnshire's very own Souk.
Princess Joumala, who is heading a delegation which is expected to include the Minister of Handicrafts Abdessamad Qaiouh and the Director of Handicraft at Maison de L'Artisan Abdlah Aadnani, will formally launch the Moroccan Market of Handicrafts.

The City of London and Casablanca Finance City Sign a Partnership Agreement
The agreement was signed by Mr Chris Cummings, CEO of TheCityUK, and Mr Said Ibrahimi, CEO of Moroccan Financial Board at the Mansion House and was attended by, amongst others: HH Princess Lalla Joumala Alaoui, the Moroccan Ambassador to London, David Wootton, Lord Mayor of the City of London, a Moroccan delegation of high representatives from the capital market, insurance and banking sectors, and leaders of major UK-based financial and professional institutions.

The Centre of Islamic Studies signs a Memorandum of Understanding with The Moccan-British Friendship Society and The British Council Morocco
A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between The Centre of Islamic Studies at Cambridge University, The Moroccan-British Friendship Society and The British Council in Morocco on 16 January 2013. The signing took place at the Moroccan Ambassador’s residence in London and was generously hosted by H.H. Princess Lalla Joumala Alaoui. This agreement formally records the mutual interest of the Centre of Islamic Studies and The Moroccan-British Society and The British Council Morocco in promoting and furthering academic links between these parties for a period of three years

Cadet invited to meet Princess
It's not every day that a young man gets to meet a real life Princess, but this happened to Cadet Tarik Hardadou from Kensington & Chelsea Borough when Her Highness Princess Lalla Joumala Alaoui invited him to her home in Chelsea on Tuesday, 4 February 2014.
