If he is going for arranged marriage, then maybe he should marry someone of much higher status. Like the daughter of some ruler of some other Arab country.

I said she deserves better because she seems to be intelligent and quite obviously she is beautiful. I have no other reason to think she deserves better.

If you are talking about the rumors of Hamdan hooking up with random women and escorts. Then, I have to say, I don't really beleive any of those rumors.
I simply cannot shake off the thought that he might already be married. But I am the only one who thinks this way, and I could totally be wrong.
When I suggested he should marry Iman or the daughter of the ruler of Abu Dhabhi, I suggested that because I am sure that Iman's parents would not allow their daughter to marry a man who is already married. And the ruler of Abu Dhabi would make sure that his daughter is treated with respect if his daughter married Hamdan.
But for this girl unfortunately, her father is dead. If Hamdan marries her and doesn't treat her right, she has no one who will stand up for her. I am not saying that Hamdan wont treat her right. I am just stating that can be one of the possiblities. I don't think Hamdan is a bad guy, but if he's already married, then I doubt he will treat this girl fairly. We won't know someone by just following them on social media.

If he does marry her though, and treat her with the respect she deserves, then ideally, her children should become the next rulers of Dubai. Only then we will know whether she has been treated with respect or not.
If he marries her and her children do become the next rulers; then not only is it fair to her, but overall it's fair. Her father was the ruler of Dubai. The position comes back to the rightful heirs.

There is no law someone has to marry. But there are social expectations reflecting cultural norms.

There are certain expectations of royals. For a normal man it may be socially acceptable not to marry now. But for the Crown prince of a country, yes it is a serious expectation he will marry and have children to succeed him. Sometimes marriages end up being childless, but yes there is a cultural expectation the future ruler will marry and at least try and have children.

Yes, a few weeks ago he liked his comment, I do not remember exactly what he said, but it was a greeting or something, nothing for romantic purposes. Sheikh Hamdan continually gives likes to publications of both men and women

I think Hamdan will marry someone who is good for Dubai's future, this could be an Emirati or non-Emirati. It could be even me .. ( just joking ;-). The issue of his heirs inheriting the ruler ship of Dubai is not important because he doesn't seem that interested in ruling Dubai. Even Sheikh Mohammed refused to rule Dubai several times. Similarly Sheikh Ahmed (Emirates) has a lot of influence in Dubai although he doesn't rule Dubai. I think Hamdan will be more interested in a role that adds him to global rich list, and allows him to amass control through wealth, then he will be in a better position than a ruler to build Dubai's future. As for his heirs, I think he will marry someone with a political vision. Maybe she will enable all Emiratis, including her heir to 'serve' Dubai through participation in local government or enterprises to create a system and culture where people can succeed without fighting for or holding a ruling position. All I would like to say is that clock is ticking and if he is 36 then she must be 38 or 34 depending on how much older/younger than him she is. So if he truly loves her then he must stop playing games and at least assure her that he will marry her. Otherwise she will marry someone else and maybe he will never see or meet her again and then he will be forever writing poetry in her loss. I think its already happened in 2015 when he was writing poetry to grieve her, but reality could be ironic, maybe the irony is that she didn't leave her, he is the one who never confessed his love or intention to marry, so he left her no choice but to pursue another. If the window of opportunity has opened again then he must not let his ego get in the way and propose to her immediately. A woman can't marry forever to get married, no matter how much she loves a man. If she wants to become a mother then she will marry soon whether its him or someone else. And if she is a lady of connections then Hamdan isn't the only prince she can have, maybe there are other princes, so isn't it better the devil you know.. Isn't it better that they both marry each other cos they love each other and are each other's best friends, than him delaying his proposal and pushing her to marry another prince?

The other thing is that from Sheikh Hamdan's social posts it seems that him and his girlfriend are not actively dating. I think its just a relationship of friendship where she probably isn't sure if he will marry her. Him writing poems and not making it clear the name of the lady doesn't help. Firstly a Muslim girl will be reluctant to date unless she is clear that he will marry her. Only after he has proposed her then they can date properly. I don't think she will wait long now. If he doesn't make it clear that he is looking to marry her then she will find someone else. When she finds someone else then he will start writing poetry accusing her of betrayal in love, but in Islam how can a girl love a man if he hasn't proposed marriage to her?
