When you count all kids mentioned on his website the baby should be no 18. Sheikh Mohammed is officially married to two women, Sheikha Hind and Haya but unofficial sources say that he is married to two more wives, makes 4 in total, not unusual for this region.

It was no speculation. I knew it that she is pregnant.
I said that before more than 1 month but it was said that it's speculation and my messages were eleminate on this subject.
Congratulations to princess Haya

No, none of your posts were eliminated. Your first post on the subject in the current events thread was August 8.

Names for Sheikh Mohammad & Princess Haya’s first child
Finally Princess haya is pregnant.
I am very happy like you among this good news.
I propose to open this thread concerning this subject. It is for anyone who has any suggestions for a name for the baby.
Enjoy it.
Personnaly I think:
* Sheikha Alyaa for babygirl
* Sheikh Hussein for babyboy

I bet they name it after somebody from Haya's family, eg her late parents, so my suggestion would be the same as yours
And what about Sheikh Abdullah, maybe Mo's favourite to honour his close friend and Haya's half brother King Abdullah II of Jordan.

Suria,
I have say Hussein and Alyaa and you say Ali and alia.
You know I never heard sheikh hussein or sheikh Ali or sheikha Alyaa in the family Al maktoum.
Let us wish that that be the first time
Sheikh Hussein bin Mohammad Al Maktoum
Sheikha Alyaa bint Mohammad Al Maktoum
It's sounds beautiful

Ah, and Haya comes from a family of 12, so she and the baby will have that in common!

i think Alia is the big possible name for a girl i think PAli didn't name his daughter Alia maybe coz Haya wanted to name it to her daughter if the baby is a girl

if she named the baby Hussein, don't you think there are already too many Husseins in the family?
maybe they'd go for variety and give the baby another name...
