thanks ; at the closing ceremony she gave a speech and she was wearing white dress with lovely hairdo :)

Yes, I would say so. She has kept it simple but you can see she is wearing some make up. Soft blush and a bit of eye make up. Its not as heavy as it usually is. Dont forget her hair is much darker, which changes a person quite a bit IMO.
