Queen Beatrix presented the official award on Saturday. Mohamed ElBaradei, Carlos Fuentes, Muhammad Yunus, and Aung San Suu Kyi received the awards in Zeeland The Netherlands, in the city of Middelburg. Willem Alexander and Maxima were also present.

True, a newspaper said that at some points the Queen turned a bit emotional, when viewing her grandmothers paintings, drawings etc.
There was also a lovely picture in 'De Telegraaf' of Beatrix giving Prof. Pieter van Vollenhoven a stroke/caress on the cheek :) The picture of the two of them holding hands is nice as well. I wonder why Margriet wasn't there, still ill or otherwise engaged (as she lives around the corner of the palace and would have attended for sure if she didn't have anything else going on).

Is the lady on the 8th picture (in green with the small pearls), posted by fanletizia Mrs. José van den Broek-van Schendel, wife of former euro commissioner Hans van den Broek and mother of Princess Marilene?

I believe usually some of the Roosevelts attend as well, so I wonder if one (or more) of the gentlemen on the pictures are the grandson(s) of Franklin Delano and Eleanor?
