At the invitation of His Majesty the King brings the President of the United Mexican States, His Excellency Enrique Peña Nieto, Monday 30 and Tuesday, May 31 a state visit to the Netherlands.

The state visit of President Peña Nieto confirmed the good bilateral ties between the two countries. The president also travels alongside a number of ministers with a trade delegation.

"The president of Mexico, Enrique Peña Nieto, will officially visit the Netherlands on Tuesday 24 April. The president is accompanied by his wife, Angélica Rivera de Peña. The visit is dedicated to perpetuating and broadening political relations and increasing economic cooperation in the fields of energy & offshore, maritime, water, agro-food and infrastructure.

King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima receive President Peña Nieto and his wife with a welcome ceremony at Paleis Noordeinde in The Hague, followed by an audience. The King and Queen then offer lunch to the presidential couple. The King and the President will give a speech."

Is this still a state visit with only one day schedule and no state banquet?

It's obviously been reduced to an "official visit" that's what the announcement says. Activities with King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima on one day only and no state banquet.
