Here she is wearing another gorgeous one-shouldered lace dress. Remember the stunning red one she wore a few years ago?

Is known as Lady or does she have another title?
Her correct title is Serena, Viscountess Linley. Upon the death of her father-in-law she will become Serena, Countess of Snowdon.

Thank you :) I know that for some titles, they're addressed as "Lady" but I've no idea which ones those are.

Some examples

Lady Diana Spencer - The daughter of an Earl

Lady McMahon - The wife of Sir William McMahon

These are the most common but there are many others.

Before she married she was the Hon (short for Honourable) Serena Stanhope because she was the daughter of a viscount (same as Princess Diana, who was the Hon Diana Spencer while her father was Viscount Althorp). The daughters of Dukes, Marquesses, and Earls have the title 'Lady [first name]', the daughters of viscounts and barons are Honourables.

Is Linley his first name, and Viscount his title?

Viscount Linley is his title. It is his father's secondary title. Upon his father's death he will become 2nd Earl of Snowdon. His name is David Albert Charles Armstrong-Jones, David being his first name, of course.

Is Linley his last name? Is Viscount his title?

His last name is Armstrong-Jones. Viscount Linley in its entirety is his title.

Serena's correct title is Viscountess Linley. The name is not a part of the title .. unless she is a widow or divorced.

When her husband succeeds as the 2nd Earl of Snowdon, Serena will be styled as Countess of Snowdon. Lady Snowdon on second reference.

What a lovely couple! And the baby is beautiful--or handsome..... I was beginning to wonder if they wanted children. How long were they married before his birth? How old are they now? I just like them because they are so dignified. No nasty rumors or scandals and Viscount Linley has made his own way in the world with his gorgeous furniture. It's refreshing to see marriages which do work and people who look genuinely happy together!

They married in October 1993, and their son was born in July 1999. Their daughter was born in May 2002. Linley was born in November 1961 and Serena in March 1970.

Happy Birthday Serena! I believe she is thirty-four today.
