That royal blue gown (worn by Kandi) is beee-u-ti-ful! Everyone looked splendid. I think PC has become so handsome since his marriage to Camilla. She must be especially good for him.

What?? A golf event w/o The Duke of York?? What's this world coming too???

Okay, okay, I do get it, Prince of Wales, etc:D. Lovely to see Katherine Jenkins there, I have a buddy, STalker Steve who's put together a lovely website of the Welsh songbird, here:
Katherinejenkinsusa.com

This is distressing to me. I don't watch "network" TV anymore simply because of this stuff. NBC is suffering greatly from very low audience ratings, so I'm not surprised they're airing this. I, for one, won't watch. The thought of it is dreadful.

The more I hear about what Diana revealed, the more I dislike who she was.

There are any number of gossip sites, Euro-trash mags and blogs claiming all manner of things relating to members of the Royal Family.
Apart from the mild amusement value there's little to be achieved by posting such "reports" in the Forums and no value in posting them in the current events threads.
Accordingly, the recent unsourced and unsubstantiated "Prince Charles is gay!" shock horror gasp! exposé has been removed.

Thanks for everyone's understanding,

Warren

Well, it's obvious that all are having a good old boy's time! lol

Love the first photo! The lady looks so proud and pleased, as well she should...

Is there a way to get Welsh lamb in the US? I know we get New zealand lamb via costco.

Hummmm...Charles at fault??? Some of the furniture dates back to the mid-1700s. There's been quite a lot of time to "abuse" the furnishings before PoW bought the place. If Mr. Bly is so concerned, perhaps he could volunteer to oversee the project.

The Prince of Wales reopened The Savoy following an extensive refit on November 2,
2010 in London. Part owner of The Savoy Prince Alwaleed Bin Talal Bin Abdulaziz
Alsaud and his wife Princess Amira were present as well.

The Savoy hotel, which originally opened in 1889, closed for refurbishment and
restoration of the entire building by over 1000 craftsmen in December 2007
and began receiving guests again on October 10, 2010.

Thank you both for the photos and updates! :flowers: Too bad P Charles wasn't accompanied by the DOC during the re-opening of the Savoy hotel. Amira looked stunning and quite tall, almost as tall as the POW! Nice pictures!

Interesting question, Russo. I haven't a clue... but I too, am curious. :)

Wonderful photos of Prince Charles. I wish I could read what was said ... Thank you for these, Al_bina.

Warren, did you expect the Aga Khan could be mistaken for the spiritual teacher in pic 1? :D

Today, the Prince of Wales had two engagements, first an investiture ceremony at Buckingham
Palace and then he visited Lostwithiel in Cornwall following the recent floods.

And for everyone who does not know the Prince of Wales yet, the AP caption kindly helps out:

Store owner Sue Read shows Britain's Prince Charles, whose son Prince William announced his engagement earlier this week, flood damaged wedding dresses

Of course it's not meant that way, but it's somehow inappropriate..

That story is truely lovely, but the DM has still managed to, IMO, put a sarcastic spin on it.
