When someone says that William is not good with people, then I'm just laughing.

And there we have it folks. One of the royal family's finest with the Metropolitan Police's finest. Can't get much better than that!

Will looks so relaxed and happy at events like this. That's always so nice to see.

He does, doesn't he? With as much as we've seen him out and about and stepping up to his full time royal duties, it seems to suit him and he's found his stride. Its so refreshing to see.

Well, some duties suit him. He still seems pretty stressed out at times, and not very adept at hiding it. During the most recent reception at BP he seemed really on edge. Often when he does investitures he still looks to me to be somewhat uncomfortable (perhaps, despite how many he's done now he's still nervous that he'll get something wrong?). But he always seems to relax and enjoy his time around folks in uniform, particularly first responders. He clearly feels at home with them, I assume because he's been one of them.

I agree Osipi that he's far more comfortable with his duties and engagements in recent months even though he is basically a shy person like his father and paternal grandmother.

Thank you for sharing this news cepe. Based upon items that I've read on various discussion sites, there seems to be a misconception that William has little or no interest in management the Duchy of Cornwall.

One thing I've learned over time being here and reading what's going on here and there is that the term "cross that bridge when we get to it" does not apply to the BRF. This family is a stickler for being prepared and being able to easily cope with whatever may come.

Its easy to pin the label of "not interested" on William as very little in regards to his upcoming role of the Duke of Cornwall has made it to the front pages and the public eye. He is being groomed for that role just as much as he has been being groomed since childhood to prepare him for his destiny. We've just not seen it happening.

Goring Hotel, 15 Beeston Place, London SW1.

The Passage is a Homeless Charioty
