No, it's not, but it is something that is treatable.

I also saw this story. It said Charles was so disgusted with Camilla's looks compared with the society matrons of the same age in Philidelphia that he's insisting that she get a $107,000 total body makeover. He'll even give up his request for a mistress if she agrees. The next thing I heard was an official statement stating she's having surgery, but didn't say what for.

Unfortunately, these kinds of tabloid stories are the only and quickest news we get of the British royals. Occassionaly they'll make it on the national news or newspapers. Otherwise, we have to go to the internet and search out foreign news sources for information. Then it becomes an issue of whom to believe.

An american friend of mine told me that in US there are tabloids like ´The Globe´,who have every week headlines about Charles&Camilla: That they will get divorced. That they both have other lovers...
And we have the same kind of press in Germany too.
Many people want to read stories like that, royal scandals are popular.
But if you prefer ´real´ information, you shouldn´t believe a word...
It´s worthwhile to look for seriuos sources!

LOL - as if he only meets plastic barbie matrons in Philadelphia - they exist in London as well. But how someone can believe that the man who was married to Diana and chose Camilla could ever be disgusted with her looks is beyond me! Especially the man who has worked for decades to promote "genuine" things...

Who wrote the article, a Philidelphia matron!

At her age, I think it is unlikely that Camilla was even considering adding to her family. No she won't have periods anymore, but it doesn't stop her talking to men.

Hysterectomy is the surgical removal of the uterus. At her age, she is more than likely not going to have children anymore and she probably doesn't have her period anymore anyway, considering her age.

And it has nothing to do with your ability to talk to men.

Farmer Names Newborn Calf After The Duchess Of Cornwall

Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, has had a cow named after her.
Gloucestershire farmer Sally Jones - who names all her cattle after members of the British Royal Family or royal events - has named her newborn calf Camilla.
Sally told Britain's Daily Express newspaper: "She's already quite a bubbly character.
"I hope she does get a bit more shy."

Well I'd be offended if someone named a cow after me. If I were Camilla, I'd drive down to her farm and batter her with a stick. Hence why I'm not a member of the Royal Family.

I don't know if I'd be offended since it seems other Royals have had cows also named after them. From what I have noticed people give and do the strangest things for the royals and their intentions are ususally very well meant.

Interesting article from the Express. Since it is so Diana obsessed, I don't know how fair their reporting on Camilla really is...
Does anyone know would Camilla be that tired etc if she needed a hysterectomy?

It wouldn't worry me either .

The Express is incapable of being fair! I think it really depends on why she is having the op. I find it highly unlikely, if it is as this paper states a prolapse, that she would have been allowed to do the tour as that can be very serious. If it is for a continual blood loss, day after day, then yes she will get tired and would have to take a Ferrous Sulphate supplement daily, which would help ease the tiredness.

When the story from the Express is true, where are the pics of a tired exhausted Camilla? I haven´t seen them.
Maybe she has some health problems during the trip, but she hasn´t join the Prince on the trip without the advice of a doctor.
I think the tabloid wants to show that Camilla is not able to do her royal duties, they are always looking for a bad story about the Duchess.

Jewels for the crown

The Duchess of Cornwall's jewellery collection has been significantly boosted by the generosity of the Saudi Royal Family, according to an official list of gifts given to her and the Prince of Wales on overseas tours to be made public today.

Secret treasures of the royal gift lists

IT is a bizarre selection which ranges from three sets of jewellery worth a total of £1.5million to an Arabian stallion and a yak.

Oooh! I'd love to have a cow named after me! Cows are such lovely creatures, so nice to be around. :)

Isn't this the second yak, presented to TRH's? They'll soon have a farm!
Can't wait to see the sapphire and emerald parures, those are my favourite stones and I'm sure the will look great on Camilla!

I'd like to see the Arab stallion, they are one of my passions! I love emeralds, but I wouldn't say no to a sapphire parure, if that was all that was on offer!

Wow. Now all we need is a state banquet to see these sapphire and emerald parures.

The press really needs to watch what they say. They called the gift of the yak rediculous I'm sure to those who gave it was an important gift.
