I am very surprised that she is not going to the memorial for Diana. Maybe she is the only person so far that has actually moved on with life? And she wants to remember Diana in her own way? Who knows.
As for her working out, I've noticed in that last few rounds of pictures here that have been posted, especially those of the "white tie" ball, she has really packed on the pounds again. I wonder how Weight Watchers feels about that as she is the spokes person for that?
Come to think of it, I have not seen her in any ads for W.W. in some time now. So I wonder if she still is a spokes person for them?

not a very flattering dress for her. a bit on the snug side.

Yes, Sesa. It's a little stranger not having had her at Diana Memorial Concert, but I think the same than you. Maybe she wanted to think about her alone. If you are really sensitive and lost a friend, big crowds could harm you a little.

Vanesa.

Oh no, poor Sarah, these pics aren't that nice, I hope she does not care seing them somewhere, maybe
even printed..As quoted in the article Sarah has "a very bad body image still. I never feel good about myself",
she maybe won't like the pics, on the other hand it shows how hard she is working, even in her holidays and
in the heat, that should make her feel proud of course.

Thanks for the link susan alicia! :)

you are welcome iceflower :flowers:

I noticed that her trainer is a bit bulky too, (the trainers at my fitnesscenter are slender yet strong). Maybe she needs someone like that next to her to make her feel less negative about her bodyimage.

OMG that is a terrible picture at the ball! Even if she did put on a few, she could have chosen a dress that was more flattering.

Again some new pics of Sarah during her workout, I wonder why it does not take
place in the morning or in the evening, midday is extremely hot there for such sports..
"In the MidDay Sun with temperatues of up to 40¼C Sarah is put through her paces
by her personal trainer. Sarah a spokeswoman for Weightwatchers is on holiday on
the Costa Del Sol"

It is always surprising how different Sarah can look, on the holiday
pics, especially on the last ones of her doing some jogging, she does
look like the woman next door, not best looking, but okay, but then
whenever she is dressed for an official event or a photoshooting she
looks great again.

That's true, Romy, it's always interesting to compare and it's also nice
to look at her looks ;) during the years, from 1986 till now..:)

The picture is new to me too, Iceflower. I wish we could see a bigger version, but thank you for that too of course :)
The dresses Beatrice and Eugenie wore do have an interesting and unusual style.

I finally found another pic from that day in May, it's a bit bigger, so that you can
take a better look on the dresses, at least on Eugenie's :)

Oh, that's great, thank you for taking the time and searching for another
bigger picture, Iceflower! :):) Eugenie's dress looked really nice
and it's nice to have such a profile picture, all the three next to each other,
looking at Eugenie's face at this picture she has a lot of her father's family in it.

I saw pictures of sarah on a visit to Afrika in an old Hello, and I noticed, her hair is too long for a woman her age and her broad build. Her mother had long hair and it looked lovely but that was because she remained girlish in middle age, unlike Sarah, very small boned etc.

Sarah Ferguson leaves the restaruant 'George' in Mayfair. She was dining with business
people for over two hours and headed for another appointment. She was escorted to
her car by a Norweigian businessman. London, England - 05.09.07

Thanks for the pics, Iceflower. Sorry, but I think the work Sarah has had on her face is not flattering. She doesn't look bad in the 2nd pic but that first one is horrible. Brings to mind Meg Ryan's infamous "Trout Pout".

You are most welcome, Bella :flowers:

Gfg02, as to the link you've posted, I had posted it in the British Royal Family current
events thread as well, there you can find more pics of the wedding as well :)

In a tribute for Luciano Pavarotti, I've found this pic of Sarah meeting him in in Italy in
2001 - what a great loss for the world of music: Sarah with Pavarotti

Hmmmmm....this look doesn't suit the Duchess. The gown is too tight, and the fit and shape are all wrong for her body (as well as the color). I think she would have looked a bit more elongated had she left the necklace at home, giving a cleaner line from top to bottom--she looks choppy in this ensemble. She looks better in streamlined fashion.
As for the green outfit she wore to that wedding---the picture says it all.

There are about 12 women on the planet who would look good in this dress. She's not one of them. A very unforgiving and unflattering gown.

Sarah really just needs to dress a bit more appropriately for both her figure and age. Black makes her look washed out and her hair doesn't look as good as it did a few months ago (perhaps she just needs a trim) but I really, really think that she would fantastic in something like what Helen Mirren wore to the Academy Awards---fitted top, full skirt--very elegant.
http://imagebank.ipcmedia.com/imageBank/cache/h/Helen2.jpg

I think she's a beautiful woman--great skin, eyes, hair--but her wardrobe isn't work too good for her right now--

Helen Mirren looks great in anything, even a freaking burlap bag! Sheesh! Some people!!

I totally agree (about Helen Mirren)--
I see that Sarah wore that gown AGAIN at the ONE X ONE Benefit. I'm glad she left the necklace behind--that's a little improvement. She really is a beautiful woman--very vibrant, but sometimes she chooses the most ill fitting gowns!

I have nothing against Sarah or her children, in fact I like her, but they are worst dressed three, almost anywhere. The girls wear too short, ill fitting outfits, with hats that do not flatter them at all. Sarah does very little justice to herslef, too. She never misses an opportunity to miss an opportunity to look good and smart. There is plenty of money now, why do they look like people who came from another planet and found some clothes. Yuck!!

I agree with you, Countess. They have the worst fashion sense! Almost everything they wear seems to be either too tight or too short and they wear the oddest hats.

Totally right! The girls have, unfortunantly, taken a page from their mother when it comes to fashion. It's a shame because the Princesses are really beautiful girls (complexion, hair, face, etc....) just lovely. BUT, they choose the WORST outfits. Case in point: http://delivery.viewimages.com/xv/7...9B259AB992A04CE02CA8B28D8C69D5989DC0DD07F331D those hats are all out of proportion with their faces, body, etc.....a hat can be cute in the store, but it is all about proportion and face shape!

I don't what party this is for, but none of the ladies look good (Andrew looks yummy though!) http://www.royalanecdotes.com/wp-content/BeaBirthday1.jpg

More bad fashion:

Those girls would look fantastic in clothes with a more classic cut--as would Sarah. Again, Sarah--look to Helen Mirren for fashion ideas!!!!!

Is there a Duchess of York fashion thread?

Oh, at their level there must be someone who can guide them. This is not Mrs. Jones and her two poor daughters. Diana may have started slowly, but she latched on to some great designers and had the sense to create an incredible style. These three look like they fell out of "Bad Housekeeping". Nothing looks right. They are all attractive enough to look good in clothes, that look well. It is a pity. P.S. In the second picuture, I thought Andrew looks like a doorman. Sorry.
