This is from Sky News. Her Majesty makes another pledge of service on the anniversary of her accession. She's a very dedicated and duty-bout person, and I remember one newspaper dubbing her 'Elizabeth the Dutiful'. I couldn't agree more.

An article and a video from 'The Telegraph' on the Queen's visit to the pre-school earlier today. The children and the staff took a great amount of time to prepare for this visit and I love that the children wrote a letter, asking Her Majesty to visit their school.

There was a photo in 2002 but it was taken at the time of the festivities not on the anniversary of her father's death - a day on which is it rare for her to even be seen in public (unless it was a Sunday in which case she would go to church).

Thanks, thats not the picture I was referring to. I was referring to a large painting that showed all the BRF along with several reigning and non-reigning royals.
