HM is wearing the Cullinan V Heart Brooch (the large centre stone is the 5th part of the great Cullinan Diamond).
I have just posted a big pic of this brooch in the Queen Elizabeth II's Brooches thread, here.

If not for knowing her real age, I wouldn't have guessed her to be at 80 at all. She is looking great and very active for her age.
& her blue suite from #47 and #51 is very pretty. You wouldn't think an older person looking good in floral design, but this one looks great.

Article from HELLO
After taking part in the carriage driving event at last year's Windsor Horse Show, Prince Philip famously decided to retire from competitive riding. Organisers were no doubt surprised to see the sprightly 84-year-old back in the saddle on Thursday afternoon, therefore, although this time he opted for the high-octane thrills of a mini-motorcycle....................

No surprise at all, considering Prince Philip's long-term friendship with Lady Penny (Romsey) Brabourne and their mutual interest in carriage-racing.

The Queen spending time making friends with dogs and horses? No surprises there, then. Looks as though everyone had a pleasant day.

Queen's doll collection on show
Thirty-three dolls given to the Queen as a child and throughout her reign are going on show this week.
The historic collection will be displayed at Frogmore House, near Windsor Castle, in Berkshire.
The exhibition includes a doll made in 1910 of biscuit porcelain and an Afro-American one given to the Queen in 1957 by Eleanor Roosevelt. Frogmore House is no longer an occupied royal residence but was once a favourite retreat of Queen Victoria
