she looks really good, i love her coat, she looks very thin and with a good tan; does anyone knows if she is invited to freddie windsor's wedding?

I think, based on his boutonniere, that William may have been in the wedding party -- maybe that's why they didn't enter and exit the church together? I think he was perhaps a groomsman for another van Cutsem wedding as well a few years ago, if I remember correctly.

Kate definitely has been losing weight over the years. I hope she doesn't take it to an extreme -- she looks healthier with a few more pounds on, IMO.

William and Harry were indeed part of the ceremony: they were ushers.
The duties of the ushers include distribution of books or leaflets (if available) and ensuring that the guests are seated in the correct places. Traditionally, the ushers also escort the grandparents and mothers of the bride and groom to their seats.
So yes, even if Kate and William were there together as a couple, they wouldn't be able to enter the Church together.
Whether Harry was accompanied by a lady friend (Chelsy or other) cannot be verified: his usher duties would not allow him to accompany his companion as well. I wouldn't have been surprised if Chelsy had been invited in her own right, regardless of the status of her relationship with Harry - she is very good friends with several members of the van Cutsem family: while I have rarely seen her with Nick, she's definitely close to Hugh and Edward.

You are right, Ella Kay: this is not the first van Cutsem wedding William / Harry played part in. In 2004, both were ushers for Edward van Cutsem and Lady Tamara Grosvenor's wedding. In 2005, Prince William was an usher for Hugh van Cutsem and Rose Astor's wedding.

Kate does look very thin and I don't find her outfit flattering at all. The colours are well-chosen but the overall look is not becoming: the coat design is beautiful and the details are lovely, but I don't think Kate looks very good in it. I simply loath the hat and the pale blue dress she wore underneath. The shoes are really great though.

Kate looks wonderful. In some angles she looks a little like Mary.

I like Kate's outfit but agree with those of you who thinks that she looks very thin. Her collarbones are showing.:ermm:

Prince William ‘you’ll get married next’, jokes groom pal

Another wedding, I wonder if she'll attend Lord Frederiks. The outfits beautiful, she doesn't look any slimmer than the last time I saw her, she looks like Kate. :flowers:

All the men look very fashionable, I love the colors they mixed together. I think Kate pulls her look off, but it's defintiely a tough one and would not work on everyone.

Gosh she looks awfully thin. I think being in the spotlight is not healthy for her. She didn't look like that when she first started dating William.

I assume that if William is invited, she'll be his "plus one," even if she's not invited herself. He took her to the Fellowes wedding, so I suppose that if he goes to Lord Frederick's wedding, he'll take her as his guest.

I think Kate's friendly with some junior members of the family on her own -- I think she and George and Rose Gilman are friends and that she was invited to that wedding on her own. I don't know if she or William have that sort of relationship with Lord Frederick.

Well, at least Kate and Freddie met each other on a party in 2006 :flowers:

But I don't know more about it. I liked the colour of Kates outfit, especially the coat looked beautiful, but it could have been a bit longer IMO - she's really a bit too thin. But not only since yesterday. ;)

NO NO!! Kate not a dress like that...it´s hiddius for you and that messy hair styel don´t do enything good for you....PLEAS up with put up your hair instead of the hat thing. :nonono::nonono::nonono::nonono:

The only thing I do not like about Kate's style is when she has her hair down when wearing a hat - it's too long and too much like a "celebrity".

In my opinion, even though kate is full of smiles, I think she is very lonely! It must be hard to be up there in a unsure position, esp. amongst all those uppercrust friends of her boyfriend who think they are better than her. As for William, he should would grab someone as lovely as her, as long as he still has a few hairs left on his scalp!:whistling:

I think she looks like she has lost weight and is now a bit scrawny looking and I agree with poster who mentioned her hair as well. The kind of hat she wore only looks good with an up do as most small hats do but she always wears her hair down whatever the style of outfit she is wearing and it just dosn't work sometimes (Princess B is the same.) I also don't think her clothes are that stylish. She always seems to wear things that look O.K but are a bit matronly for someone in their twenties. I sometimes wonder if she plays it so "safe" clothes-wise because she's frightened that anything a bit more glamorous might make her look unsuitable as a future Royal.

:) Well, I will stand up for her weight - the dress probably isn't to everyone's taste, though I like it fine. I don't love the hat, though. But she looks like she's about my size, and I eat like six people - so maybe she's just naturally thin.

KATE Middleton is getting used to walking down the aisle at a wedding on Prince William's arm.

'When's the wedding' jibes don't faze Wills and Kate | Prince William and Kate Middleton | News | News Of The World

The mass-circulation News of the World says that the pair have a "done deal" to get married after he has established himself as a working royal in 2011. Royal courtiers fear that an early marriage would result in him being engulfed by "Kate-mania", just as his father’s was swamped by the Diana phenomenon.

It was truely wonderful to see them together at the wedding. I do hope she attends Lord Freddies. :)

That coat is amazing. I want it. LOL Kate definitely looks very chic on the cover.....I can't wait to see more pictures.

:ermm: "Kate-mania" on the scale of Diana seems like a bit of a stretch - whenever I read an article about her in a British paper, as many people write in that don't like her as do. I think Diana was pretty popular when they got married. Maybe people will warm to her more if an engagement is announced.

Diana was very popular, yes; but the times were different then. From Diana's background, she seemed like something out of a fairy tale: the daughter of an Earl, a virgin, a teenager, young and pretty and polite, etc. Now would-be princesses seem to be expected to be career women with some real-life experience. Were Lady Diana Spencer to come along now, I'm not sure that she'd be any better received by some than Kate is.:ermm:

Kate scrubs up well - she's very pretty and can wear most things well, like this wedding attire (though I think it was a bit short). But, IMO, she's far from truly beautiful.
