Prince Charles attends a reception for supporters of the Katmandu Valley Preservation Trust at the Clarence House, in central London, Thursday May 25, 2006. The reception of the trust coincides with the launch of a campaign to restore the Patan Royal Palace in Kathmandu, the home of the Malla dynasty which ruled Nepal from 1245 until 1769.

Favorite theme of Charles earns pre-emptive riposte
Some called it a war of the hospital wards, a tussle over therapy for the sick.

i've always admired the POW for his charitable work. i think he's extremely misunderstood and gets the blame for so much more than he should.

Charles to import kiln for his eco-friendly village
He's long been a champion of traditional - if slightly eccentric - ideas when it comes to building and architecture.
