Here's a tidbit: My family and I flew from Phoenix to Los Angeles on Friday afternoon and four British soldiers who had trained with Harry were on the flight. They were connecting in L.A. to fly to Heathrow. One, a mechanic for the Apache helicopters, sat right next to my husband. While I was trying to appear not to fall out of my seat to listen in, he told my husband that Harry was just a great, regular guy to them. He spoke about future deployment, but I won't repeat it because my husband didn't ask if Harry was included or not. He also said that Harry had left base ahead of them (we know that he has been since spotted around Southern California this week).

Slightly O/T: Am I the only one who doesn't like the Daily Mail's layout on their website? Everytime I go to that site I get a headache because it's so cluttered and "loud". I like the stories they have, but the layout is a complete mess and the comment sections under the stories always irritate me.

To keep this post on topic:whistling:, thank you for posting the article Lumatqueen.:D

:previous: I think that's just the Daily Mail's style. Their articles have loud and jarring headlines as well. It's just the tabloid style IMO.

It seems like Chelsy left alone; what has happened to her new boyfriend?

(Also- did she actually ever begin at that law firm? Her name isn't listed among their personnel).

What new boyfriend? Didn't know she even had one, and if she does she's allowed a night on the town on her own.
The press have lost interest in Chelsy, they don't pry on her anymore and as they are our only source of information, we don't know.

:previous:Chelsey and Harry seem so very easy in each other's company. Which leaves one wondering . . . . who was the mystery blond partying with Harry in Las Vegas? We don't have any pictures because casino's know how to protect their A list guests, so . . . .

What a weird, chaotic relationship they have - all these years of back and forth break up, make up, break up, make up, friends, not friends, then friends again...:bang:

Personally, I couldn't do it (not emotionally/mentally healthy IMO). I'd rather just let it go, leave the past in the past, and focus on finding a better fit instead of going through all this pointless drama and wasting more time. But hey, whatever floats their boats...:whistling:

:previous: I think that Harry's looking better when he's leaving clubs now. He seems to be more fresh-faced and not flushed and bleary-eyed like he used to be.

Read in hello magazine this week that it is Jamaica that Harry will visit on his first solo tour as part of the Diamond Jubliee celebrations

As I've just posted in the BRF Current Events thread, the Times is reporting that Harry will undertake his first major overseas visit on behalf of the Queen next year. He will visit Jamaica, the Bahamas and Belize.

:previous: Just goes to show you don't need to be drunk to look like a stunned mullet! Obviously the ubiquitous "falling out of a nightclub" look owes as much to flash photography as it does to alcohol. :whistling:

I never thought Harry looked very much like his father ... but IMO, he certainly does in these pictures, especially that first picture.

It was exactly my very first thought,on this pic I did mention a striking resemblance between them!

He does look like Charles...but he doesn't look very happy. I think for most people there comes a time in their twenties when clubbing and partying suddenly seems pointless and unsatisfying. Perhaps Harry is getting to that point.

Or it's the numerous cameras pointed in his face after what must have been a lovely evening out.

Prince Harry leaving the Arts Club in Mayfair, London, by the back door, December 16:

He really is starting to look so much like Charles.

It's always the same with the Windsors: they start out to look different but from a certain age they all look like siblings/close relatives. But I'm astonished a bit this happens to Harry as well.. But good for him because that certainly ends once and for all those ugly rumous about his descent from Charles. Seems Diana at least knew how to keep the nest clean...

In this picture, Harry: I’m ready for Taliban again | The Sun |News|Campaigns|Our Boys, Harry so looks like a Spencer. A very handsome Spencer.

Harry gets better looking as he gets older.

Oh most definitely he is getting better and better as he gets older and not only in looks. What is incredible to me is how sometimes he really looks like a Spencer and then a week later he's a Windsor dead ringer. :D

Reading this latest article really puts it into perspective for me how "on" Harry is about what he does. He instinctively knew that the focus of the awards were on the heroes and honestly admired and appreciated them as one of his "own" rather than from a royal perspective. I really do admire a man that totally can put his ego aside and be a part of something like that night was and so special to so very many very special people.

You're exactly right, Osipi.

I'm beginning to develop a bit of a crush on Harry. Diana would be so proud of him and how he turned out. I'm sure Charles is too.
