Prince Harry might be back on the singles market but he seems to have forgotten how to play the dating game.

Sounds as if Paris needed some extra publicity, then again it is Nicholl writing the story!

^weren't they writing that Harry wanted nothing to do with her at a nightclub a few months ago? I don't mind them inventing stories but I do expect some consistency.

Please note that newslinks about Chelsy Davy should be posted in the Royal's ex-partners thread. Thanks

She is desperately trying to reestablish her "celebrity" after being "asked" (read "escorted off the premises" ) to leave one of the most prestigious SAG awards party that she had managed to crash.

Since her star is definitely on the descent in the USA it looks like she thinks she's a "shoe-in" with British Royalty and other such "A" listers on the Continent. Not!

Whilst we might all rail at Harry for his incredible "foot-in-mouth" disasters, he is not so far gone, nor in fact so witless, as to be seen partying with Hilton Barbie!

I don't think the story came from Hilton's camp as it makes her look like the undesirable commodity that she is.
Rather, this just sound like standard Daily Mail Bull story an page filler. Whatever salaries those 'journalists' receive, they are over-paid.

I don't believe either Harry would scoop that low. Even if it were a matter of responding carnal needs, he can get far more discreet and just as willing lovers.

Prince Harry has been accused of racism again after reports that he told a comedian: "You don't sound like a black chap.

Prince Harry in new race storm - Yahoo! News UK

Oh dear, I am also guilty of such racism! One one occasion I said to a chap that I had no idea he was from Yorkshire and just the other day, I said to a woman 'You don't sound like an Irish woman'.

most of us probably are - without any bad intention - but most of us are not royal and do not represent a country on public events.

maybe it's too much to ask but harry should at least try to start weighing his words more carefully when out in public because of what happened in the past (nazi-uniform, p-word) his carelessness won't save him from developping a racist image that will stick in the public's mind and that will not do the image of the BRF any good.

I am usually quite supportive of Harry and usually give him (and people like his grandfather who is reknowned for the gaffs he makes) the benefit of the doubt. However, I do find myself quite embarrassed by the fact that he and other members of the royal family seem to think it is a good idea to try and make jokes/banter as if to make them seem more down to earth. If anything, it is clearly backfiring and I would welcome a little more control over the way they conduct themselves. Other high profile royals throughout Europe and the rest of the world seem to find no difficulty in communicating with the public openly, confidently, politely and quite normally, so why can't Harry and one or two other British royals? I don't want my royal family making gaffs nor the media of my country taking every opportunity to scandalise them! Stringent controls and protocols need to be put in place all round!

All of this happens because 'people' wanted to see these young men brought up as 'normal'.

Although I have to wonder if this comedian needed some publicity, otherwise why wait so long to make the private conversation public? The fact that he doesn't talk as one might expect is a large part of his performance from what I recall!

I found this clip

Prince Harry in new race row after telling comedian Stephen K Amos 'you don't sound black' - Telegraph
After reading the article I have to say that there is only this comedian who says that prince Harry said this to him. I don't want to discount the report outright but I really wonder if there could be two explanations: one is that Harry in fact said that and the other is that it's a way to ride on the wave of Harry's mishaps - which is what comedians make their living from, after all.

If he said that, it was certainly insensible, as one should not comment on things people cannot change, like their "race" (sorry, don't know the PC word - ethnic background?) or their origins. But I thought that being polite to people from all stations of life is something hammered into Royals from their first arrays into speaking to other people. And in this case Harry attended in an official function as prince of the UK, it was not a private conversation or joke banned on tape and leaked to the public illegally.
