There is an item on the Hello! website (www.hellomagazine.com) regarding the shop opening mentioned above which is interesting - apparently Kate's not that 'in' to fashion!

Wow, I don't like her outfit but she looks good and I love her quote! "I'm not fussed about fashion, just here to support Belle and John!" She already sounds like a haughty royal, it's great! OT, Freddie Windsor looks so hot. I've been a lukewarm admirer of him mostly, but that new haircut does wonders for his face.

Thanks for the link. It said that Kate's sister Pippa was there too, does anyone have a picture of Pippa? Was she the girl who accompanied Kate to Cheltenham?

I think Kate looks great here!

Kate Steals the Show at Glitzy West End Bash

15 JUNE 2006

"Kate Middleton's popularity, both with the Royal Family and the British media, owes a great deal to her down-to-earth approach and obvious social ease. It's clear that Prince William's girlfriend feels at home in her new role, whether it entails spending time with her royal beau's family or mingling with celebs, as she was at a glitzy West End bash this week."

Who wouldn't feel at ease living a life of leisure and luxury with royalty and celebs? I must be strange though, I wouldn't like mingling with celebs.

If you're going to have long hair, do something with it. I don't like how she has this mass of hair in front of her face. They have hair clips and barrettes for a reason. During one of her shopping trips, she should pick some up. Sometimes the bangs stayed in place, and other times they hung right in her eyes.

Default Beautiful Kate

Always thrilled to see another photo of Kate. We are privileged to view them as she is officially just a private citizen.

Her hair and dress just gorgeous ( I do not know any old ladies that wear a dress like that!)

Keep my fingers crossed, hope she's the one!!

Looking at the dress again, I change my mind; I do like it. I think she looks pretty overall too. Her hair is nice. I can't wait to see how she looks wearing a tiara! Kate wearing the Lover's Knot! Someone who is good at Photoshopping pics should make that one! That would be awesome!

Though I don't share in the admiration for Kate's fashion sense you have to hand it to her- she has incredible poise. With all the media speculation we haven't seen any breakdown/tears pics (at least I haven't). She seems totally at ease in public situations.

I do generally like Kate (as well as her fashion) but I must admit I simply hate that dress, that cardigan and especially those shoes. :( :o
I do like the fact she seems to be on excellent terms with different members of the Royal Family, including Freddie. :)

I have got the same impression, it's like she is always serenely untroubled, like nothing bothers or troubles her. That's very good trait of character, imo.:)

Yeah, except for the paparazzi following her around all day. I've seen pictures where she looks absolutely uncomfortable. Maybe in the "spolight" she is most comfortable, but then again so are a lot of people. If you know you're at a public function of course you will be smiling and posing for pictures.

She looks really thin to me, but her hair is looking better these days, still not great though.
