I guess we can put this here.

On the occasion of Father's Day, the company Toblerone has produced an artwork of William and wee George: http://royalista.com/wp-content/uplo...0.3820137d.jpg

Ah yes, it was Mr. Inskip dancing with Prince Harry in the Croatian club where both ended up in the pool, after all.

In my younger years a party with Mr. Inskip would have been rather fun I imagine.

From here to paternity: Portrait
of the Duke to go under hammer - Yorkshire Pos

Quote:
A royal portrait of the Duke of Cambridge, inspired by the second-in-line to the throne’s role as a father, is to be publicly auctioned.

The oil-on-canvas piece, entitled Fatherhood, was painted by Welsh artist Dan Llywelyn Hall, and was completed to coincide with the centenary of the outbreak of the First World War.

The work, which measures 90cm by 60cm, depicts William wearing a dark suit and red tie with a poppy in his left lapel.

It is based on a meeting at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff when William viewed Hall’s portrait of the Queen, called Icon, commissioned by the Welsh Rugby Union.

I wish them superb auctioning.

The background of this portrait reminds me of the fiery furnace that is Hades. Why do that? Apparently to bring out the ruddiness in his complexion. Except that William is not of so ruddy a complexion. ?????

EXCLUSIVE: Prince William offered role at Rangers - Carrick Times
Quote:
Carrick Rangers could be set to become Irish League royalty, the Times can exclusively reveal.

The Championship 1 club has offered the Duke of Cambridge, who also holds the title Baron Carrickfergus, the opportunity to become Honorary Life President at Taylor’s Avenue.

To help mark its 75th anniversary, the club has penned a letter to Prince William asking him to consider the role which it says would involve assisting ‘in promoting awareness of the club to the wider community’.

The correspondence, addressed to Kensington Palace in London, reads: ‘It would be a great honour for everyone associated with the club to have a formal connection to Baron Carrickfergus and trust you will give this request your consideration.’
