Extremely busy few days for Sophie and it's always great to see her supporting something that is close to her heart.

The Daily Mail really do love a royal article. The one about Sophie being an unsung hero is actually quite a nice article from them about Sophie.

Sophie's trip to Bangladesh and Qatar went largely unnoticed by the British press, considering a British press photographer had gone with her. Sophie still kept doing her thing as I don't think she feels she needs her work validated by the British press.

Love the red dress she wore on the first day and any photo of Sophie with children is lovely.

I love the Daily Mail article about her low key hardwork ... she is really amazing and has 2 children at home who are that age that they need to know that their parents are around and are supporting them .. and she and Edward do that ... I hope that her hard work is recognized within the Royal Family and would love more coverage of her as well she deserves it.IMO

^It is delightful to see Sophie and Edward speaking with the actors and actresses who performed in the pantomime. I like how the the costumes have such elaborate detail. In Picture 3 I like how Prince Edward is in a jolly mood.

I believe it is Louise behind him. I saw her in the background of another photo too but didn’t spot James. Edward always looks good when he’s “casually dressed” with a shirt and no tie etc. He’s obviously not into fashion like his wife and is probably styled by his wife like a lot of married men!

Also noticed a little moment at sandringam in Christmas Day as they were walking out of church Sophie linked her arm in Edward’s which was very sweet. That’s about as affectionate as they get in public!

I also think that it seems likely that Louise is behind Edward. Nice to see them at the pantomime together - perhaps James was ill as he is the only family member missing.

Interesting, suddenly the Cambridges are holding hands in public on their walk to church Christmas day. Ditto arm hugging E & S. Harry and Meg have proved that the public isn't scandalized seeing a royal showing affection:whistling:

I actually recall lots of linked arms between Edward and Sophie, particularly on their foreign outings. :flowers: Maybe as they have gotten older they don't think about it much but they definitely were a 'touchy' couple in my memory. I always loved the way Edward always offered his arm to Sophie.
