Bit behind in things but have been reading her blogs and looking at her photos from the ride. I have really enjoyed reading. She has an incredible sense of humour. I share Philip's opinion of shock they she did this challenge :flowers:

Great photos of her still her cup as well. Definitely two events that show a different side then the usually polished style. She really got into the cup, and seemed to enjoy herself. :)

I don't know where to put this, but I have an extremely strong feeling that Edward and Sophie years ago were on the London Eye, when it opened, so the following 'Hello' quote is not true, I believe.

The London Eye hosted some very special guests on Monday as Prince William, the Duchess of Cambridge and Prince Harry became the first members of the British royal family to ride the iconic landmark. The trio were clearly in high spirits as they arrived on London's Southbank, laughing and chatting as they boarded one of the pods together.

:previous: Yes, you're right. It was the start of HM's Golden Jubilee Week. :flowers:

I also think Andrew and his daughters were photographed visiting it as an engagement too. Sarah might have even been with them.

People forget that the royal family existed before Kate Middleton.

more just that so many journalists today are so intent on being the first one to put news out that they don't take the time to research anything. So many articles on various royals are just filled with inaccuracies. It's sad to see the state of journalism today. I know there's a pressure, but you also need to be accurate.

You are so right Molly! There's a magazine i occasionally buy, called Royal Life, and it only sticks to the Queen, P Philip, P Charles and Camilla, the Cambridges and Harry. Perhaps an odd small pic of another member of the family, but that's about it; so annoying. The Wessexes (and of course the rest of them) must sometimes wonder why they bother.

That is definitely the case - journalists forget the Queen had more than one son and 2 grandsons. That's the way it will always be I think sadly.
