Royal scare over Sophie's missing bag

The Countess of Wessex triggered a royal security scare after her handbag, containing her *mobile phone, went missing, I can reveal.

I'm amazed that this is a small story as if anyone is close enough to cut off a handbag they are close enough to do harm. But I'm afraid that everyone whose numbers are on the countess cell phone would be advised to change them immediately as phones sim's can be duplicated. In fact it would probably be advised to change all the sims, and throw away that phone.

Anyone find photos of Sophie from the Easter at Windsor? The newspaper and mags said she was there wonder if Louise was there and Sophie took her in a side door? Just odd as Edward was in attendence???????

I believe this to be Sophie's profile in the shadow behind HM. Strange that there are no other photos, you're right, and we'd need to see video to know if perhaps Sophie & Louise were already in the car (side entrance as you suggest).

I think I've expressed my frustration before that Louise can't even participate normally in these family events. I really can't see the harm in it. I, too, have a 6 year old daughter and, believe me, she would know that she was being treated differently than the rest of the family and would not like it!

It looks like she's wearing the same top/jacket/coat she wore to Germany. It's a little hard to be sure since the pictures only show her upper half.

Usually there is some kind of Cavalry Band at the event.

Sophie, Countess of Wessex, visited the newly-redeveloped birth
centre at Chesterfield Royal Hospital on May 10, 2010. She was
shown around the refurbished maternity ward and spent time
talking to some of the new mums who have used the facility.

Indeed Sophie was missing, but Prince Edward gave us the rare chance
to see his cute children nevertheless Instead of their mother, James
and Louise were accompanied by their father, grandfather, uncle
David (Sophie's brother) and a nanny. Now James has to endure the
leading reins Louise once had - The pics were taken today, May 15,
at the Royal Horse Show.
