I cannot comprehend having a bodyguard with me every time I left the house. The article states one was with her, however they are not in the photos as they probably give a wide berth. I just cannot imagine having someone follow me around all the time. It's mad. It must be even more strange for your friends who have to have this person follow them around with you. An article once about Sophie's bodyguard, who we all know she has lost now unless out on engagements, had a few comments from her friends (of course we cannot believe the quotes entirely, as they were likely made up). They said that her bodyguard always sat at a different table if they went for dinner, and they sat near them if they went to the theatre, however they would always have to pay for them. That is such an odd thing and it makes me glad I am not famous; I would hate to never be alone when I go out anywhere.

I saw that article about Kate sending back the "gift" from they I shall not name as I'm sick and tired of the lot of them Family. The grin it produced hasn't left my face yet and I don't see it leaving for a good while yet either. 
Love how they shall not be named are spinning this as not true, but we all know they'd be trumpeting it from the heavens if Kate had accepted the "gift", right?
Nice try those whom are only famous for a trashy reality show. Nice try, but this is as close as you're going to get me thinks.
I've been sick since Wednesday w/a nasty bug, but this certainly made me smile tonight.

It's quite simple why Catherine refused the gifts, she's not supposed to accept them. Easy.

Who even knows if Catherine saw the clothes herself? They could've been received by the office at St James and automatically sent back without her ever seeing them, because this protocol of not accepting freebies is in place. She may well be off in Wales and not have heard about this until it reached the papers.

God forbid the Duchess ever wear anything that the Kardashians design. Im not saying they dont have a right to create what they want but to even think that the Duchess would even consider wearing any part of the collection is rediculous. I mean come on, did Kim really think the Duchess would accept the clothes and wear them proudly out and about in London or anywhere else for that matter? I think Kim needs to wake up from her dream and get back to reality. Im just saying. :)

Well, I think Kim is pretty confident in some of her designs and if she sent HRH some of her things, I'm sure Catherine and the Palace thught that was a nice gesture but they don't feel it's approriate to accept Kim's offer.
Then again, that's if the story is true. God knows you will hear tons of carzy stories like this.

Had Catherine liked any of the items sent to her all she would've had to do is send the Kardashians a cheque for their face value. The fact that she apparently chose not to, suggests to me that she just didn't like any of it.

Just to point out three flaws in the logic:
- It is likely Kate never even saw the designs (if the story is true in the first place).
- How would she know the face value anyway? I doubt the price tags were attached to the gifts.
- Even if she absolutely loved the designs (and I strongly doubt that because her taste is, thankfully, very different to Kardashians), she wouldn't have kept the cloths because it would have been a very bad PR.
