He saw active service in Kosovo in 2002 he hasn't been to Iraq.
I don't believe that Clarie was there.

The whole family did turn out for this event. Wonderful.

No, he served in Kosovo in 2002, his regiment (The Kings Royal Hussars) were part of the Nato peacekeeping force. They were not involved in any fighting.

It's good to see the Royal Family out in full force for this occasion. I love this picture of them entering the cathedral together. http://www.royal.gov.uk/List%20Image...09%20Iraq1.jpg

I find the first pic quite amusing. Her Majesty looked fine. Its always hard to believe for me that Prince Philip is 88, he seems so agile.

The "Land Girls" and "Lumber Jills" who helped keep Britain supplied with food and timber during the Second World War are taking tea with the Queen.
More than 90 veterans will join the monarch - who herself served in the war as No. 230873 Second Subaltern Elizabeth Alexandra Mary Windsor of the Auxiliary Territorial Service - in the Buckingham Palace ballroom to reminisce about their experiences
The Duke of Edinburgh, the Duchess of Cornwall, Princess Alexandra and Princess Michael of Kent will also join them.

The Press Association: 'Land girls' take tea with Queen

They were part of the Women's Land Army that kept Britain in business while their menfolk were away at war.

But few are likely to have heard of the Lumber Jills and their vital contribution to the country's war effort.

Today, however, their stories were finally heard during a tea party thrown by the Queen at Buckingham Palace.

I thought so as well, lumutqueen

The Queen, Prince Philip, Princess Anne and her husband Tim
attended the Sunday service at Sandringham Church, Norfolk,
Britain - 31 January 2010. The Queen received flowers from a
toddler, who then fell over

That's a beautiful brooch that Anne is wearing! I like silver circles for some reason.

Here's something a bit different. The Queen might be going to space - at least in name. Her Majesty's Space Agency (MASA) gets ready for blast-off | Mail Online
