I am curious because the daily mail said that camilla had rushed back from the ship and they used the same picture as the one above so the point is if they left together when HM also left then there was no question of camilla leaving before HM isn't it???

Everybody had gotten off the ship and then Charles said goodbye to everybody and went back on the ship. It was also the silver anniversary of his first marriage and maybe he wanted to be alone.

Thank you everyone for the great pictures, I love Lady Louise- she is getting so big and I think looks a lot like the Windsor side of the family. I think it is great that the Quenn has more time to spend with the youngest of her grandchildren. I just have one question... why does Prince Andrew always look so mad in most pictures?

To be honest i don't really think Charles would have thought too much about what would have been his anniversary. He has Camilla now.

How incredibly horrible! Why would someone want to harm a 101 y/old person. Does anyone know if she designed some of HM's dresses now out on display? A tragic story. I only hope she went fast.

I've moved the off-topic posts about a possible commemoration of the 10th anniversary of Diana's death to the "Anniversaries and Birthdays" thread in the Diana forum. People are welcome to go and talk about it there as long as they can manage not to turn the conversation into another fight. If that happens, we'll be doing some wholesale deletion.

Now let's please get this thread back on topic.

It was a holiday. The Queen privately booked the ship for a special holiday with the family for her 80th.

They did go to Scotland on holiday, but on the yacht cruise. Memories of Britannia.

The Queen is at Balmoral now as far as I know. She had to stay in one of the lodges after the cruise because Balmoral was still open to the public for a further week.
