Let's guess: What will happen to the Royals in 2008 ?

Maybe there is already a thread like this as there was one every year... but I couldn't find one and it is already quite late in 2007...
so I thought it would be time to start guessing!

Ha...just yesterday I had thought, that it´s slowly time to start this thread.

The big happening of 2008 will be:
Victoria´s wedding to Daniel Westling (I can´t be wrong again!...? )
The wedding would take place in between May and September 2008.
Daniel would get a title (either "prince" or "duke of Västergötland")
Hedvig and Vera Blom would be flower girls & Caroline Dinkelspiel + Caroline Nilsson bridesmaids.

Belgium:
Mathilde will give birth to a baby girl (who would have "Anna"/"Anne" as one of her names)
Laurent will deepen his strategy of sulking.

Denmark:
-Marie and Joachim will marry in Denmark and she would be pregnant by the end of the year.
-Mary will be pregnant.
PR&media wise 2008 would be better than 2007.

Great Britain:
-Sofie and Edward will baptise a boy
-No engagement between Kate and William

Monaco:
Albert and Charlene would get engaged (I know, how to lean out of the window, eh. To predict, that remnant Victoria and remnant Albie would get engaged/married in one year is daring )

The Netherlands:
-No big happening from the dutch front. No abdication of Beatrix

Norway:
-Mette Marit will be pregnant.
-The angels whisper to Märtha Louise, that an other baby could maybe help to improve her image and to relax a little
-No serious health problems from Harald´s side

Spain:
-No pregnancies for Elena, Christina and Letizia
-No divorce for Jamie and Elena
-A tough year of criticism for the Monarchy

- Ok, Marie and Joachim will marry... Nikolai and Felix will be pageboys and Christian a Flowerboy or something..
- Mary will be pregnant at the end of the year, maybe also Marie, but I am not so sure about this one.

Norway:
- Either Mette-Marit or Märtha-Louise will announce another pregnancy

Sweden:
- Either Victoria or Carl-Philip will marry... but I hope it is Victoria!!

Belgium:
- Mathilde will have a little girl
-There will be more trouble concerning the monarchy

The Netherlands:
- Mabel might become pregnant again
- I don't think there will be an abdication either

Great Britain:
-Edward and Sophie will have a boy
- Peter Philipps will marry Autumn
- Camilla will have another Granddaughter

Spain:
- Nothing really, maybe a pregnancy announcement by the end of the year from Letizia

Monaco:
- I actually think, too that Albert and Charlene will marry! He will shock us all!

I hope that Aimone and Olga marry finally, and Sayako Kuroda has a baby.

Edward and Sophie will Baptize a Baby Boy : Edward Philip Andrew Donald David Christian Prince William will be Godfather as will the Duke of York and Prince Joachim The event will take place March 28th Westminster Abbey .
PR Wise 2008 will be a great year for the Windsors Xan will Henry as Godfather William and Kate will annouce they are engaged All Monarchies in Europe except Monaco who will hold a refurendum to become a Republic But itll not happen Russia will Bury Maria and Alexei on July 1st and discussions will start on bringing the Romanovs back to the Throne

King Harald will abdicate due to ill health
Haakon & Mette-Marit will hold a full scale coronation
Mette-Marit will announce another pregnancy

SWEDEN
Victoria & Daniel will marry & she will be pregnant by the end of the year

DUBAI
Sheikh Mo will announce that Haya is his premier wife.

BRITAIN
Peter & Autumn will marry at St Georges, Windsor after it is announced that she has renounced Catholisism. He will retain his place in the succession.

Zara will win individual Silver at the Olympics & the British team will also be in the medals.

William & Kate will become engaged at the end of the year & will marry in 2009

It is highly unlikely. Traditionally, the mother of Crown Prince is regarded as the premier wife. If my assumptions are incorrect, the members versed in this subject can correct me.

They stay King until they die! King Harald gave several Interviews where he made clear that he'll never abdicate since it is a job for life-time.

* Health problems for King Albert II, but he'll recover

Great Britain:
* no engagement for neither Harry nor William
* Cristening of Sophie's baby

* Birth of Annette's baby: a boy
* 70th birthday of Queen Beatrix- she'll celebrate it in a small Family circle

* a hard time for the constitution monarchy
