Here's a small list, via Google, of various schools in the US.

This one is based out of Paris and the UK, again, via Google.

Finally, there is the famous Emily Post book, Etiquette, which everyone should have in their own personal library.

I'm sure there are many schools out there that perhaps other members could suggest to you.

I found a link to a book about etiquette wich is completely online. I think it's the book that GlitteringTiaras mentioned.
Post, Emily. 1922. Etiquette in Society, in Business, in Politics and at Home

Yes, that's the book. However, I still believe it's best to have the actual book in one's library.

Keep in mind that European and American etiquette differ. The rules are not exactly the same, so if you want European protocol, Emily Post might say the direct opposite of what the europeans would say.

Of course.

Do you have any suggestions to offer, BurberryBrit?

There was a book I heard of written by a Frenchman a long time ago, but of course I don't remember his name. But it's considered the etiquette bible in Europe, much like Emily Post is in the US.

Do you perhaps mean Le Guide du BCBG by Thierry Mantoux ?
