Correct me if I am wrong but I think Diana only got involved in the anti landmine movement when she was no longer the princess of wales. Noor could do so while still queen, different country, different rules.

Diana was known as Diana,Princess of Wales but she loses titles as HRH and loses styles in August 1996 but she work with landmines till her death in 1997 but many people in England known her as Princess Diana or Diana,Princess of Wales of course! because she still as popular Princess and Queen of hearts she told interview in 1995.When she died many people still known her as Lady Diana or Princess Diana no matter!
