Fourth daughter of Hereditary Count Ignaz zu-Toerring-Jettenbach & his wife Robinia has already been born; her name is Elena.

Her full name is Elena Inocencia Maria Maximiliana Isabel Rita, and she was welcomed into this world in Munich on 28th December.
A sister for Floriana (5-3-2005), Georgiana (11-7-2006) & Elizabeth (18-6-2008)

That's correct, the announcement was made today and read: Mrs Peter Phillips was yesterday safely delivered of a baby girl at Gloucestershire Royal Hospital....
Another baby of passing year:James Wood, Lord Irwin (b.1977) [son of Edward Wood, 3rd Earl of Halifax (b.1944) & his wife Camilla, nee Younger] & his wife Georginia, nee Clarkson had their first child, Honorauble Rex Patrick Wood.
