Rodolfphe von Hofmannsthal ist the great grandson of the famous Austrian Writer Hugo von Hofmannsthal (Author of the play 'Jedermann' which is performed every year at the Salzburger Festspiele) and the grandson of Raimund von Hofmannsthal. Raimund had to escape to London during the Nazi regime. Hugo von Hofmannsthl died in 1929 suffering from a stroke which hit him on the way to the funeral of his other son (Franz who comitted suicide at the age of 26).

Benjamin Pieter Floris van Vollenhoven was born in Amsterdam today, March 12, 2008! The SECOND SON of Prince Bernhard and Princess Annette, breaking a trend in the girl-dominated generation.

The Royal House announced it today:
Princess Märtha Louise of Norway is expecting her 3rd child.
The baby will be born in October.

Freifrau Caroline von Dalwigk zu Lichtenfels had her third child in the beginning of the year.
She appeared radiant and not pregnant on the christening of little Alicia von Wrede on the 1st of March 2008 together with her husband and eldest child Casimir (see pictures)

yeah in several websites it did say she was expecting her second and then you say third. I thought i missed something. by the way, what year was Casimir born? and any idea what she had (boy or girl)?
