The Dutch Royal family screens itīs servants. The best just stay, and the others will be replaced each five years. each year there is a party for the servants. The family will work for them, they just give them some coffee and some cake

...well I must say :P because I so far am not working for any royal household .... nothwithstanding the fact that I have not submitted my c.v. that none of :woot: royals are :flower: good employers.

I agree,
Sometimes the royals talk to them, Sometimes the ignore them to show some glitter-work. The Royals are in a higher rank than the servants :P

I don't know which royals treat their servants best, but I would have to say that the British royals do not screen their servants very well. Look how many of them have spoken (without permission) to the press about private matters, or tried (and been barred) from writing tell-all books. Charles has got it worse -- from the alleged sex scandal to stories of all his demands about how his socks must be laid out, etc., Charles hires the worst servants and yet demands the most from them.

I remember that either last year or the year before a member of the press got a job as a servant at Buckingham Palace. I think that he wrote about what was going on behind the walls of the palace, but I am not sure. I know that there was a photo of him standing on the Royal Balcony. I think that he was fired when they found out who he was. That lets you know that they don't screen their employee's well.

The family that treats their servants the best i would say is the Monaco royals. Especially Stephanie :) She likes them so much that she marries them or if not, has kids with them
Not that im saying theres anything wrong with it.
