Queen Beatrix has a lot of them to:

Beatrix Wilhelmina Armgard, Queen of The Netherlands, Princess of Orange-Nassau, Princess of Lippe-Biesterfeld, Duchess of Limbourg, Marquise of Veere and Vlissingen, Countess of Katzenelnbogen, Vianden, Diez, Spiegelberg, Buren, Leerdam, and Culemborg, Viscountess of Antwerp, Baroness of Breda, Diez, Beilstein, the town of Grave and the lands of Cuijk, IJsselstein, Cranendonk, Eindhoven, Liesveld, Herstal, Warneton, Arlay and Nozeroy, Hereditary Lady and Seigneur of Ameland, Lady of Besançon, Borculo, Bredevoort, Bütgenbach, Clundert, Daasburg, Geertruidenberg, Hooge en Lage Zwaluwe, 't Loo, Lichtenvoorde, Montfoort, Naaldwijk, Niervaart, Polanen, Steenbergen, Sint-Maartensdijk, Sankt Vith, Soest, Ter Eem, Turnhout, Willemstad, and Zevenbergen.

Since the "most names" thread has already veered off into "most titles" I have merged the newly-created "most titles" thread to avoid duplication, and renamed the merged thread "Royals with many names and titles".

The full titles of the Emperor of Austria and German Kaiser may be worth a look.

Isabella II - before 1837, the underage Isabella was yet known with the feudal-like centuries-old, symbolical long titulary
&c". At the change, a new format of the titulary was taken into use for Isabella: "By divine grace and the constitution, queen of the Spains" - "Doña Isabel II, por la gracia de Dios y la Constitución de la Monarquía española, Reina de las Españas.

I don't know about the origin of the precise titles but most/all Dutch titles were inherited when a Nassau married Johanna of Polanen, heiress of Breda and by the marriage of Prince Willem I to Anna van Buren, also an heiress.

A lot of people seem to have been kings and queens of Jerusalem.

She does indeed. As well as Queen of the UK, she's Queen of New Zealand, Australia, Canada etc etc and then she's Duke of Lancaster, Lord of Mann etc. And I suppose you could add to that by adding her titles that come with decorations. For example, she's a Grand Dame Commander of Such and Such. Those would add up.

Doesn't Elizabeth II of the UK also have plenty of titles?
The official titles of the sovereigns of Great Britain were: King/Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Defender of Faith with the style Majesty.
Between May 1st, 1876 and June 22nd, 1947 the official titles of the sovereigns were: King/Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland, Emperor/Empress of India, Defender of Faith.
Since 1949 the official titles of the sovereigns are: King/Queen of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Defender of Faith
.

Following Elizabeth's accession, a decision was reached by Commonwealth Prime Ministers at the Commonwealth Conference of 1953, whereby the Queen would be accorded different styles and titles in each of her Realms, reflecting that in each state she acts as the Monarch of that state, regardless of her other roles. Traditionally, Elizabeth II's titles as Queen Regnant are listed by the order in which the remaining original Realms first became Dominions of the Crown: The United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland (original dominion), Canada (1867), Australia (1901), and New Zealand (1907); followed by the order in which the former Crown colony became an independent Realm: Jamaica (1962), Barbados (1966), the Bahamas (1973), Grenada (1974), Papua New Guinea (1975), the Solomon Islands (1978), Tuvalu (1978), Saint Lucia (1979), Saint Vincent and the Grenadines (1979), Antigua and Barbuda (1981), Belize (1981), and Saint Kitts and Nevis (1983).
