There are no words for that photo.
I love how the old lady is touching Maxima's face.
Something special is going on there. Lots of love. Time stopped.
Maxima reminds me there of Siegfried Farnon, Robert Hardy, or Princess Diana.

i'm glad you enjoyed it as much as i did. :)

That is indeed a warm picture.

But out of curiosity, why do you compare her with Robert Hardy? Did he do something similar?

Another thing I love about that photo is there was no words spoken. No words necessary.

Mary today on a visit to a school. Not all the many children could get close enough so that they could shake Mary's hand, but then, they found another way to shake her hand :D

The photos of Letizia and the little girl were lovely and heart warming. The little girl looked delighted to meet Letizia. And the photos of Mary and the children were lovely too.

I know- did it not look like the little girl who met Letizia won the lottery?
She was totally enchanted to be meeting a fairytale Princess.

That little girl reminds me of a child with DS that I used to work with. She had a smile that would light up a room.

Precious!
Didn't notice that the last time I looked at the picture.

This definitely deserves a place in this thread:

Today, Mary visited a cancer hospital in Poland today and where she met three year old Kaja

Okay, happy tears flowing!
I don't know who's more in heaven here- Mary or Kaja.
You are lucky to have Mary as your crown princess. I don't have any other words for this, The good thing is I don't need any. But I will say this- Mary would be the special-education teacher from heaven. She would be swamped with job offers. And whichever school she chose, would be very lucky.

These pictures speak for themselves. That little girl looks absolutely thrilled, and Mary is smitten (understandably so).
