Letizia is great with ordinary people. I think she feels very comfortable with them. more comfotable than with royals and representatives of high level of society.

Yes, She is great with odinary people, That is a Princess, but with upper class people too.

I think she's great with normal people because she has a warm heart, and with politicians and high society because she knows how to contact with them since she was a journalist.
